Notes on a Meeting held on 26th February 2015 in Burghill Golf Club

Present:- Anthony Vaughan, Janette Pudsey, Lynette Loban, Harriet Gordon, Bernie Green, Mike Buffey, Andy Ronneback.

Apologies:- Joanna Helme, Julie Devenish, Sally Robertson, Alan Stokes

Financial Matters:- Heather Worth has resigned as Treasurer from the Steering Group because of pressure of work. Andy Ronneback has kindly agreed to take over the role of Treasurer and asks that copies of all previous expense claims made by members be sent to him. Andy will also contact Hazel regarding the lottery funding deadline.

Items From Last Meeting:-
Site Assessment Reports:- Members Site Assessments of the Wellcome sites which
were collated following the meeting on 29th January, have now been incorporated
into Version 10 of the complete Site Assessment report prepared by Anthony. This
report was sent to all members prior to the meeting. Mike and Andy provided
comments at the meeting. Members are asked to send Anthony any other
comments they may have within three days of the meeting. A final version will be sent to the chosen consultants when they are appointed.

Consultants:- Members were asked to send Anthony any final comments they may have regarding the Appointment of Consultants proposal document within the next three days following the meeting. The finalised document will then be sent to PC for approval at its next meeting.

Draft Core Strategy Examination in Public:- Anthony and Sally have attended this event on behalf of Burghill. The County Council is now modifying the Core Strategy document to comply with NPPT as suggested by the inspector. This modified document will then be published by HC for a six week consultation period. The Core Strategy finalised version is likely to be completed before August 2015.

News on Proposed Sites:- The small single site near St Marys, which was refused permission for development has been sent to appeal.
A presentation has been made to the PC regarding development of the site north of St Marys (Site 32).

Pyefinch Triangle has changed hands and plans are being prepared for a planning application for the construction of 27 houses on the site.
Planning permission has been requested for The Grange site.
